AI-Guided Learning Platform Redesign
LLM as Tutor is a research-driven redesign of conversational AI for higher education, exploring whether AI supports real learning or simply accelerates answer generation. Using Bloom’s Taxonomy, we evaluated four LLM tutors across six cognitive levels.
The findings were translated into five interface interventions for ChatGPT, shifting it from answer delivery to learning scaffolding and encouraging deeper understanding and critical thinking. The project was nominated for the UX Design Awards 2026 (New Talent).
